You wish to exchange one or more items? Nothing could be easier! Place a new order online to receive the item in a new size or the item of your choice. You can also take advantage of this to make other purchases if you forgot something!
Once the 2nd order is received, place the items in an envelope or box (you can use the same envelope you received, no need to include a copy of your invoice).

Simply follow the instructions to enter your contact information to receive a prepaid label from Canada Post by email. Once we receive your package, we will refund the item(s) but will subtract the cost of the return shipping ($9.99 + taxes). This will be less expensive than if you send your package yourself by paying at the post office.
