All the products you find online are available at our Saint-Sévère boutique. Almost all the products you find in our boutique are available online, but some products are only available in our boutique. Do I absolutely have to create an account to buy online?
No, you do not have to create an account to shop online. You always have the option to checkout “as a guest”.
What is the difference between “buying with an account” or “as a guest”?
Having an account on the Rien ne se perd, tout se crée… website acts as a shortcut. Your profile and contact information will be securely saved. Your future transactions will be done quickly without having to go through the whole registration process again. Your address book and order status will also be saved in the “your account” section.
Please note that you can also modify or delete “your account” at any time.
With the “buy as a guest” option, you will have to fill out the order form at each transaction and redo all your preferences at each visit.
When I put items in my cart, do I have to buy them?
No, you are under no obligation to purchase the items you put in your cart when you browse our online store. You can remove them at any time.
What are the delivery costs?
For deliveries in Quebec: If you buy for $100 and more before taxes, the delivery will be free! If you buy for less than $100 before taxes, the shipping cost is a flat rate of $9 per order for all items except headbands, purses, bibs, thin toques, pencil cases or makeup cases (or other flat items that are less than ¾ of an inch thick) for which the shipping cost is $4.50 each and greeting cards and gift cards for which the shipping cost is $2.25.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We are lightning fast! We mail the package on the first business day or the day after your order is placed. We ship with Canada Post who will deliver within approximately 1 to 3 business days from the time we put the package in the mail.
Do you deliver outside Canada?
Can I have my order delivered somewhere else?
Yes, you can have your orders shipped to any address. When placing your order, please enter your billing address first and you can enter a different shipping address later in the checkout process.
Can I track the progress of my package? How can I do this?
If your order is more than ¾ inch thick, as soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a direct link to the Canada Post website, allowing you to track the progress of your package. If your order is less than ¾ inch thick, there will be no tracking number.

Can I get a refund in store for a purchase made online?
You can exchange or be reimbursed directly at our Saint-Sévère boutique for any merchandise purchased online. You have 7 working days for a refund and 30 working days for an exchange. If you need more time, please make an arrangement with us by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If I want to make a return, is there a shipping cost?
Yes, the return shipping cost is $9 plus taxes. This amount will be deducted from the refund on your returned items. However, if the item you wish to return is less than ¾ of an inch thick, we suggest that you simply return it in a flat envelope at your expense. This should cost you less than $5.
What are the exchange or return periods?
You can make a return within 7 business days after purchasing in-store or after receiving your online order at home. For exchanges, you have up to 30 business days after purchasing in-store or receiving your online order at home.
What are the Saint-Sévère boutique opening hours?
We are open 7 days a week, year round, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. We are even open on holiday. There are only 2 days a year that we are closed: December 25th and January 1st.
